Cancelation & Refunds policy

No Refunds

All payments, deposits, and booking fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, shortened appointments, changes in plans, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.

I do not offer satisfaction guarantees. My reputation is easily discovered and verified. By submitting payment and confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Cancellations

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in the following requirement for future bookings: before another booking can be confirmed, you must pay in full for the requested time, plus all applicable travel expenses, accommodations, and $500 for meals.

Rescheduling may be offered as availability allows but is not guaranteed. A rescheduled appointment remains subject to availability and all applicable booking requirements.

No-Shows

If you fail to appear for a confirmed booking and do not complete a new appointment within two weeks of the no-show, any future booking will require payment in full before confirmation, including:

• The full cost of the requested time

• All applicable travel expenses

• Accommodations, when applicable

• $500 for meals

These amounts must be paid before the new booking is considered confirmed.

Booking Policy

Local Visits

For local visits, please schedule at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and the location has been confirmed.

Travel & Extended-Distance Visits

For travel requiring more than 3 hours of travel time, please schedule at least 2 days in advance to guarantee availability. Rental car is recommended over uber.

A travel booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and the location has been confirmed.

Screening & Booking Process

All new booking requests are subject to a screening and confirmation process. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.

1. Written Request

Please submit your initial booking request by email or text message.

Phone calls are welcome, but written communication is strongly preferred and phone calls may not be answered. Your initial request should include your preferred date, time, location, and any other relevant booking details.

2. Video Screening

A brief 2–5 minute video screening call is required before a booking can be confirmed.

During the video call, your face must be clearly visible. Casual or professional attire is acceptable.

The purpose of the video screening is to verify identity, establish communication, and confirm that the booking is appropriate before proceeding.

3. Date & Rate Confirmation

After screening, availability, dates, duration, location, and applicable rates will be confirmed.

A screening call does not reserve or guarantee a date or time. Availability remains subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

4. Deposit & Travel

Once the date, rate, and location have been confirmed, the required deposit must be paid to proceed with the booking.

For applicable travel bookings, required travel and accommodations must also be booked and confirmed before the appointment is considered finalized.

Final Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the screening process has been completed, the date and rate have been confirmed, the required deposit has been received, and any required travel arrangements have been completed.

All bookings remain subject to the Cancellation, Refund & Booking Policy. By proceeding with the screening and booking process, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements
